Terms of Service

Lumen Stem Studio is an independent floral studio located at 1847 N Lincoln Ave, Suite 2, Chicago, IL 60614, USA. Contact: [email protected] · +1 (773) 555-0142. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Orders & commissions

Website forms are requests, not instant checkout. A contract forms when we confirm availability, pricing, and delivery or pickup details by email or phone. Prices listed as “from” are starting points; final quotes depend on stem market and scale.

Seasonal substitution

Floral work is seasonal. We may substitute stems of similar quality, color, or form when needed. We will note material changes when confirming your order.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery areas and fees are confirmed per order. You are responsible for providing accurate address and access information. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided or upon studio pickup.

Cancellations & refunds

Because flowers are sourced for your commission, cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup may receive studio credit. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges for product already purchased. Event deposits and balances are set out in your written proposal. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under Illinois consumer law.

Subscriptions

Recurring deliveries continue until paused or cancelled with at least five days’ notice before the next cycle. Pricing may change with seasonal markets; we will notify you before applying a new rate.

Events

Event florals require a separate proposal and deposit. Dates are reserved only after deposit clearance. Force majeure (including extreme weather affecting markets or venues) may require rescheduling or redesign in good faith.

Intellectual property

Site content, photography, and brand marks belong to Lumen Stem Studio. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
