Frequently Asked

Questions, answered with care.

Everything you might wonder before placing an order. Still unsure? Write [email protected].

/ 01 How far in advance should I place my order?

For everyday arrangements, two to three days’ notice is ideal so we can source with intention. Same-week rush requests are sometimes possible — email us and we will confirm. Weddings and large events: inquire as soon as your date is firm.

/ 02 Do you deliver, and where?

Yes. We hand-deliver across Chicagoland with a focus on the North Side and near-north neighborhoods. Delivery windows are confirmed when we compose your order. Pickup at our Lincoln Park suite is available by appointment.

/ 03 Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Yes. Share a palette, a feeling, or named stems. If a bloom is out of season or unavailable, we propose a close seasonal stand-in that keeps the spirit of your request.

/ 04 What happens if my preferred flowers aren’t in season?

We never force a stem that will not hold. We substitute thoughtfully — similar form, color, or texture — and note the change when we confirm your order.

/ 05 Do you offer wedding and event florals?

Yes. We accept a limited number of events each season. Start with an event inquiry including date, venue, and vision notes.

/ 06 What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Because stems are sourced for your commission, cancellations more than 48 hours before delivery may receive a studio credit. Within 48 hours, fees may apply for product already purchased. Event deposits are outlined in your proposal. See our Terms for details under Illinois law.

/ 07 How should I care for my arrangement?

Trim stems on an angle, refresh water daily, keep out of direct heat and drafts, and remove spent blooms. Wrapped bouquets should be vased soon after arrival. We include a short care note with each delivery.

/ 08 Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes — weekly, monthly, and custom host cadences. See Subscriptions or request one on the order form.
